How long does delivery take?

You can expect to receive your order in 3 - 4 business days. However, during busy times, this may take longer.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

There may be shipping charges if your order doesn't meet these minimum amounts:

  • Free shipping to the Netherlands for orders above 80 euros.
  • Free shipping to Belgium, Germany, and France for orders above 100 euros.
  • Free shipping to the other countries for orders above 120 euros.

If your order doesn't reach these thresholds, you would need to pay for shipping.

Can I adjust or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

I received the wrong items, what do I do?

In case you discover that an item is missing from your order or you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us without delay. We would require certain information from you such as:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the missing item
  • A photo of the item

Once we receive these details, we will promptly address the issue with the support of our Customer Support team.
